水性聚氨酯環氧地坪漆和水性環氧地坪漆在使用上大致相同，只是水性聚氨酯無錫環氧地坪漆能在室外使用，而水性環氧地坪漆多用在室內，并且水性聚氨酯地坪漆具有防曬的特點。兩者都能防塵、防滑、耐磨損、抗重壓、整體無縫、易清理、耐腐蝕等特點。施工工藝上也有相同之處，聚氨酯地坪和水性環氧地坪施工工藝相同，但材料卻有所不同。

1、基礎地面打磨清理，裂縫、凹坑、起皮、起砂等現象處理；

1. Ground grinding and cleaning, cracks, pits, peeling, sand and other phenomena;

2、涂刷底涂，涂量要足；

2. The amount of undercoat should be adequate.

3、刮涂無溶劑中涂砂漿；先找補再整體刮涂一道；待完全固化后精細打磨一道；

3. Scraping and painting with mortar in solvent-free medium; first looking for repairs and then scraping together as a whole; after complete solidification, fine grinding together;

4、刮涂膩子，用于封塵；

4. Scrape and coat putty for dust sealing.

5、刮涂一道聚氨酯面漆，再滾涂一道水性聚氨酯面漆即可。聚氨酯地坪可以在水性環氧地坪上做，反之水性無錫環氧地坪不能在聚氨酯上做。

5. Scrape a polyurethane topcoat and roll a waterborne polyurethane topcoat. Polyurethane flooring can be made on waterborne epoxy flooring, whereas waterborne epoxy flooring can not be made on polyurethane flooring.

水性聚氨酯耐磨性能十分好，具有耐潮濕及防滑、耐嚴苛化學品腐蝕、耐重載及強沖擊、環保無污染等優點，使用壽命長達20年以上，耐-40℃-130℃高低溫，可廣泛應用于食品、屠宰、重防腐、高濕高溫等極端工作環境下之地面處理，和所有須耐磨、潔凈、耐化學品等車間、倉庫、停車庫、試驗室等地面，具有傳統地坪涂料如環氧、金剛砂地坪等不可比擬的優勢。
